Returning Customers: Customers who have
purchased from FEALabs.com in the past will receive a $10 (USD)
discount on each item ordered thereafter. This applies only to
returning customers and is not limited to multiple item orders (as
stated below), making it possible for loyal customers to place
single item orders and get the same discount terms. When
checking out at the PayPal page, simply add a note to your order
stating "I am a returning customer." We will apply the
discount to your order(s) prior to shipping with no further action
needed from you in most cases.
Multiple Item Order Discounts: Customers
who purchase 2 or more items in a single order from FEALabs.com will
receive a $10 (USD) discount on each item ordered. For
example, an order of 2 items will get you a $20 total discount, an
order of 3 items will get you a $30 total discount, and so on.
New customers placing multiple item orders receive the same
discounts as returning customers (see above). Here's how
it works:
- Using the "Buy Now" buttons: When checking out at the
PayPal page, simply add a note to each of your purchases for the
order stating "This is part of a multiple item order." We
will apply the discount to your order(s) prior to shipping with
no further action needed from you in most cases.
- Using a PayPal Invoice: Use the
Contact page, select "Special Offers" as the subject line,
and tell us which items you would like to purchase and to which
country they are being shipped (for shipping calculations).
We will then send you an invoice via PayPal to the email address
you've specified on the contact page, you pay it the same way
you would any other PayPal transaction, and your order will ship
once payment is received.
New Customer Referrals: If you are a
direct customer of FEALabs.com, and someone who endorses the
professional gear you use, we would like to offer you a special "thank you"
gift. For each new customer you refer to FEALabs.com, you will
receive a $5 (USD) monetary gift deposited directly to your PayPal
account from us. Here's how it works:
- You must have made a purchase directly from FEALabs.com at
some point prior to the referral.
- You must have an active PayPal account to which we can
deposit the $5 gift amount. Checks or other forms of
monetary exchange will not be issued.
- The new customer simply needs to add a note to their PayPal
order stating your name and that you referred them.
- If the new customer does not return the item(s) based on our
Satisfaction
Guarantee program, the $5 gift amount will be transferred to
your PayPal account.
Terms:
- If a multiple item order from a new customer is
reduced to a single item order through returns based on our
Satisfaction
Guarantee program, the discount terms will be void and the
refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly. For example, if
a new customer purchases 2 items and receives a $20 total discount,
and then returns 1 of the items during the evaluation period, the
amount refunded for the returned item would be reduced by the full
$20 discount.
- Multiple item and returning customer discounts are mutually
exclusive and are not
applied in addition to other specials or discount offers.
In the event that this offer and another offer both apply to a
qualifying order, the better of the discount terms will be
applied to the order, or the parts of the order, to which they
qualify.
- Certain items or services, such as replacement parts, repair
services outside the warrantee coverage, or upgrade services,
are not included within the terms of this offer.
